Items can not be returned for change of mind purposes. Due to the nature of our printing process, all orders are custom printed too order. We do not hold inventory and thus what we print is exclusively for you and can not be resold.
All returns must first be authorized by us at WakeUpSpeakOut.com. Please email us and request a refund outlining the reason for your refund request.
Acceptable Reason for Returns:
- Printed garment is not of a high quality print.
- Damaged garment.
- Mis-aligned print design (providing it’s not part of the design itself)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Returned items must be unworn or unused (other items) and in the same condition as they were received in and returned in their original packaging.
You can request a return on an order for up to 30 days from the shipment date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
